We are currently hiring for our 2025 season and want to hear from you! Working at Flaca's means you will be part of a small, welcoming team. The job involves both front and back of house with a focus on efficient food preparation, cooking and friendly customer service.

Valuable attributes we will be looking:
- the ability to pick up new skills/learn quickly
- previous kitchen and food handling experience (Food Safe is a plus)
- you work well in a team environment but can also work independently
- you enjoy building customer relationships (we have many amazing regulars)
- you take direction well
- you have great taste in music

Full and part time positions available. Starting wage is $22/hour plus tips for part time positions and $25+/hour plus tips for full time. Wage increases are based on experience and ability. Kitchen experience is mandatory for full time positions. Meals provided every shift and 50% off when you are not working. Please let us know if you will need accommodation as housing is available.
